Key Responsibilities

• Execute client trades across various asset classes including equities, bonds, FX, and derivatives in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with clients, relationship managers, and trading desks to ensure accurate and timely trade processing
• Monitor trade settlements, reconciliations, and resolve any discrepancies or exceptions promptly
• Provide advisory support on trade execution strategies to optimize client outcomes in international markets
• Maintain accurate records of all trade activities and generate reports for internal audits and client reviews
• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to mitigate operational risks in trade execution
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and product innovations to enhance service delivery
• Support the development of trade execution processes and contribute to team training initiatives
• Handle ad-hoc client queries related to trade status, costs, and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade execution, operations, or client servicing within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of international banking products, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and foreign exchange
• Proficiency in trade processing systems and regulatory compliance standards such as MiFID II and HKMA guidelines
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly desirable for client interactions in Hong Kong
• Relevant certifications such as CFA Level 1, FRM, or Series 7 equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a private banking environment serving high-net-worth individuals
• Knowledge of Asian markets and cross-border trade execution
• Advanced degree (MBA) or specialized training in trade finance
• Prior exposure to JPMorgan Chase systems or similar investment banking platforms
