Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily liquidity and funding requirements for the International Private Bank in Hong Kong
• Monitor and analyze cash positions, forecast short-term funding needs, and execute treasury transactions
• Support the development and implementation of treasury policies aligned with JPMorgan Chase's global standards
• Conduct risk assessments on interest rate, currency, and liquidity exposures in international markets
• Collaborate with global treasury teams to ensure seamless integration of regional operations
• Prepare reports and presentations on treasury performance for senior management
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, including relationship managers and compliance teams, to optimize client funding solutions
• Contribute to regulatory reporting and compliance activities specific to Hong Kong's financial landscape
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in treasury workflows using data analytics
• Support ad-hoc projects related to digital treasury initiatives and technology enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in treasury, banking, or financial services
• Strong understanding of treasury operations, liquidity management, and risk assessment in an international banking context
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using tools like Excel or similar software
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in Hong Kong and international financial markets
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is advantageous for the Hong Kong market
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with a focus on accuracy and compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA Level 1 or equivalent certification
• Experience in private banking or wealth management treasury functions
