Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients to J.P. Morgan Private Bank, focusing on the Hong Kong market
• Manage end-to-end client relationships, including needs assessment, investment strategy development, and ongoing portfolio oversight
• Collaborate with J.P. Morgan's global network of advisors to deliver bespoke solutions in lending, philanthropy, and family governance
• Drive revenue growth by expanding wallet share through cross-selling of banking, investment, and advisory services
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) regulations in all client activities
• Conduct market analysis and provide tailored insights on global economic trends affecting UHNW portfolios
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach in Hong Kong's affluent communities
• Monitor client portfolios for risk management and performance optimization, leveraging J.P. Morgan's proprietary tools
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of the Hong Kong Private Bank team
• Represent J.P. Morgan Private Bank at industry events and client seminars to enhance brand visibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or high-net-worth client advisory within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of onboarding and managing UHNW client relationships in an international banking environment
• Deep knowledge of Hong Kong's regulatory landscape, including SFC licensing requirements and cross-border wealth management regulations
• Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management, and estate planning for ultra-high-net-worth individuals
• Fluency in English and Cantonese, with proficiency in Mandarin preferred for client interactions in Hong Kong
• Relevant professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) from a top-tier institution
• Experience working with UHNW clients in Asia-Pacific markets, particularly in family office advisory
• Prior roles at leading global banks like UBS, Credit Suisse, or HSBC in private banking
