Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with UHNW clients from the China team, providing tailored wealth management solutions including investment advisory and portfolio optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at JP Morgan Chase to deliver comprehensive services such as wealth structuring, liquidity management, and credit solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UHNW segment, leveraging JP Morgan's global platform to meet client needs
• Advise clients on sophisticated strategies for philanthropic planning, tax optimization, and international asset allocation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in Hong Kong, mainland China, and international jurisdictions while mitigating risks
• Conduct regular client reviews and performance assessments to align strategies with evolving financial goals
• Participate in team initiatives to enhance client experience and drive revenue growth in the International Private Bank
• Stay abreast of market trends, geopolitical factors affecting China clients, and emerging financial products to provide proactive advice
• Foster a collaborative environment by sharing insights with colleagues and contributing to the division's knowledge base

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or high-net-worth client advisory within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in managing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, particularly from China or Greater China region
• Deep knowledge of international wealth management, including cross-border investment strategies and regulatory compliance in Hong Kong and mainland China
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, with strong proficiency in Cantonese preferred for client interactions
• Relevant professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent in wealth management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with JP Morgan Chase or a similar global financial institution in the Asia-Pacific region
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Finance or related discipline
• Prior exposure to UHNW family offices or institutional clients in China
• Familiarity with philanthropic advisory and sustainable investment practices
