Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with UHNW clients from the Taiwan team, providing tailored wealth management advice on investments, structuring, and philanthropy
• Collaborate with integrated teams across JP Morgan Chase to deliver comprehensive solutions including liquidity management, credit facilities, and bespoke financial planning
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Taiwan UHNW segment, leveraging deep market insights and client networks
• Conduct in-depth client needs assessments and recommend sophisticated investment strategies aligned with risk profiles and goals
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong and Taiwan regulatory standards while advising on cross-border wealth transfer and estate planning
• Partner with global product specialists to access JP Morgan's robust platform for equities, fixed income, alternatives, and sustainable investments
• Monitor portfolio performance and market trends, proactively advising clients on adjustments to optimize returns and mitigate risks
• Contribute to team goals by mentoring junior advisors and fostering a client-centric culture within the International Private Bank
• Represent JP Morgan Chase at industry events and client forums in Hong Kong and Taiwan to enhance brand visibility
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on client portfolios, performance, and strategic recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or high-net-worth client advisory within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, particularly in the Taiwan market
• In-depth knowledge of international wealth structuring, investment strategies, philanthropy, liquidity solutions, and credit management
• Fluency in Mandarin (Traditional Chinese) and English; additional languages such as Cantonese are advantageous
• Relevant professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent licenses required for financial advisory in Hong Kong
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in Hong Kong and Taiwan for cross-border private banking services
