Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Swiss domestic high-net-worth clients, providing tailored wealth management solutions
  • Advise clients on investment strategies, portfolio diversification, and risk management aligned with JP Morgan's global resources
  • Conduct comprehensive financial planning, including estate planning, tax optimization, and philanthropic advisory services
  • Collaborate with JP Morgan's international teams to deliver seamless cross-border solutions for Swiss onshore clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Swiss market, meeting acquisition targets
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss and international regulations, including KYC, AML, and data privacy standards
  • Monitor client portfolios and market trends to deliver proactive advice and performance reporting
  • Participate in client events, seminars, and networking activities to enhance JP Morgan's brand in Geneva
  • Work closely with product specialists to recommend bespoke banking, lending, and investment products
  • Contribute to team goals by mentoring junior advisors and sharing market insights

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, with a focus on Swiss domestic clients
  • Proven track record in client advisory and portfolio management within a high-net-worth individual (HNWI) environment
  • Full fluency in French and English; German proficiency highly advantageous
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA, CFP, or Swiss-specific banking qualifications (e.g., AZEK or similar)
  • In-depth knowledge of Swiss regulatory environment, including FINMA guidelines and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements
  • Experience in cross-border wealth structuring for Swiss onshore clients
