Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze incoming cases and tickets from investment advisors to ensure accurate resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Verify compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory standards in all advisory services
  • Escalate potential risks, discrepancies, or high-priority issues to senior management or compliance teams
  • Drive process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements to trading workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer-focused service delivery in the investment advisory space
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for trading services operations
  • Provide timely responses and guidance to advisors on complex trading inquiries
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for all analyzed cases in accordance with JPMorgan Chase policies
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on financial regulations and internal protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, trading operations, or customer support roles
  • Strong understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance requirements in the financial industry
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex cases and tickets related to investment advisory services
  • Ability to identify and escalate risks in a fast-paced trading environment
  • Excellent communication skills for customer-focused interactions
  • Eligibility to work in the Philippines without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications
