Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and valuation of real assets portfolios, including infrastructure projects and real estate investments
  • Support the preparation of pitch books, client presentations, and marketing materials for real assets transactions
  • Assist in due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and financing deals in the real assets sector
  • Collaborate with senior bankers to develop strategic advice for clients in infrastructure, energy, and property markets
  • Perform market research on Australian and global real assets trends to inform client strategies
  • Model cash flows, perform sensitivity analyses, and prepare investment memos for internal and client use
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, and risk management for deal execution
  • Track and report on deal pipelines, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to relationship management with key real assets clients in Australia

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, financial analysis, or real assets sector
  • Strong academic record with a GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
  • Eligibility to work in Australia without sponsorship
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of financial markets and real assets including infrastructure, real estate, and energy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or work experience at a bulge-bracket investment bank or financial advisory firm
