Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice and operational support to senior management in the Investment Banking division to drive business objectives
• Analyze business performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that align with JP Morgan Chase's global strategy
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and risk factors in investment banking operations
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for business units

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, financial services, or business management roles
• Strong understanding of investment banking operations, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics
• Proven track record of supporting senior management in strategic decision-making
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on financial metrics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
