Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice and operational support to senior management in the Investment Banking division to drive business objectives
• Develop and implement business plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for the London team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks in deal execution
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic initiatives
• Oversee resource allocation and talent management to support high-profile client engagements
• Facilitate communication between senior leadership and various stakeholders, including clients and regulators
• Lead process improvements and technology integrations to streamline investment banking workflows
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making on mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets activities
• Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase's internal policies and external regulations in all business activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in investment banking or financial services business management
• Proven track record in supporting senior management in strategic decision-making within a global financial institution
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the UK and EU financial markets
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in financial modeling and risk assessment
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as French or German are advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or a related discipline
• Prior experience at a bulge-bracket investment bank like JP Morgan Chase
