Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the origination and execution of M&A, financing, and restructuring transactions for business services clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders in the business services sector
  • Develop pitch books, financial models, and valuation analyses to support client advisory services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including equity capital markets and debt capital markets, to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and professional development
  • Conduct industry research and market analysis to identify opportunities and trends in business services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase's internal policies throughout all engagements
  • Participate in business development activities, including networking events and client seminars
  • Contribute to the group's thought leadership through whitepapers and industry reports
  • Monitor deal pipelines and provide strategic advice to senior management on sector-specific opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on business services sector coverage
  • Proven track record in executing M&A transactions, capital raising, and advisory services for business services clients
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market dynamics in the business services industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience managing client relationships at senior levels
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or equivalent FINRA registrations required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a commitment to JPMorgan Chase's ethical standards
