Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support corporate finance advisory engagements
  • Assist in preparing client presentations, pitch books, and due diligence materials
  • Perform valuation analyses including DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transactions
  • Support senior team members in client interactions and deal execution
  • Research industry trends, market data, and competitive landscapes
  • Contribute to capital structure optimization and financing strategy recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A and restructuring projects
  • Monitor regulatory changes impacting corporate finance advisory
  • Prepare internal reports and contribute to team knowledge sharing
  • Participate in business development activities to identify new client opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited university
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory
  • Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.5
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • U.S. work authorization without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship experience at a bulge-bracket investment bank or Big Four advisory firm
  • Series 7 and/or Series 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience with M&A transactions or capital raising advisory
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in corporate finance
