Key Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and originate new business opportunities within the mid-market automotive, aerospace, and defense sectors across EMEA
• Advise clients on M&A, capital markets, and strategic financing solutions tailored to diversified industries
• Develop and execute pitch materials, financial models, and transaction strategies for high-profile deals
• Collaborate with internal teams including coverage, product specialists, and risk management to deliver comprehensive advisory services
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes in autos, aerospace, and defense to provide insightful client counsel
• Drive revenue growth through successful deal closures and long-term client partnerships
• Mentor junior bankers and contribute to team development within JP Morgan's Diversified Industries group
• Ensure compliance with JP Morgan's risk management and ethical standards in all client interactions
• Participate in sector-specific marketing initiatives and thought leadership events in London and EMEA

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on diversified industries such as automotive, aerospace, and defense
• Proven track record in client management and deal execution within the EMEA region
• Deep knowledge of mid-market sectors in automotive, aerospace, and defense industries
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and capital markets
• Relevant certifications such as CFA or equivalent
• Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a bulge-bracket investment bank like JP Morgan Chase
• Prior roles in M&A advisory or capital raising for industrial sectors
