Key Responsibilities

  • Lead origination and execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions for mid-market capital goods clients in EMEA
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with C-suite executives in the capital goods sector
  • Develop pitch materials and financial models to support deal advisory services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including coverage, product, and risk management groups at JP Morgan Chase
  • Provide strategic advice on market trends, valuation, and financing options tailored to diversified industries
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand JP Morgan's footprint in the EMEA capital goods market

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record in executing M&A transactions, capital raising, and advisory services in the EMEA region
  • Deep knowledge of mid-market capital goods companies, including manufacturing, engineering, and industrial equipment sectors
  • Strong regulatory compliance understanding in financial services across EMEA jurisdictions
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French) highly advantageous
  • Series 7 or equivalent financial licensing, or willingness to obtain
