You will collaborate closely with Managing Directors and Vice Presidents to originate new business, manage client relationships, and navigate regulatory environments across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Key Responsibilities

• Execute M&A transactions, capital raising, and advisory services for healthcare clients in the EMEA region
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation modeling, and due diligence for healthcare deals
• Develop pitch books, client presentations, and marketing materials tailored to healthcare sector opportunities
• Collaborate with senior bankers and cross-functional teams to originate and manage client relationships
• Monitor healthcare market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes in EMEA
• Support deal structuring, negotiation, and execution while ensuring compliance with UK and EU regulations
• Contribute to business development efforts, including identifying new healthcare mandates
• Mentor junior analysts and associates on healthcare-specific financial methodologies
• Prepare internal reports and contribute to firm-wide healthcare strategy initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, healthcare sector advisory, or related financial services roles
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, and healthcare services
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market analysis specific to EMEA markets
• Excellent command of English; additional European languages (e.g., French, German) highly advantageous
• Ability to obtain necessary regulatory approvals and work in the UK without sponsorship
• Demonstrated track record of deal execution in M&A, capital markets, or corporate finance transactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience at a bulge-bracket investment bank or leading advisory firm in the EMEA region
• Specialization in healthcare sub-sectors such as life sciences or digital health
• CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification
• Experience with cross-border transactions involving EMEA healthcare companies
• Advanced Excel and financial software proficiency, including familiarity with Bloomberg or Capital IQ
