Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, healthcare sector advisory, or related financial services roles
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, and healthcare services
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market analysis specific to EMEA markets
  • Excellent command of English; additional European languages (e.g., French, German) highly advantageous
  • Ability to obtain necessary regulatory approvals and work in the UK without sponsorship
  • Demonstrated track record of deal execution in M&A, capital markets, or corporate finance transactions
