Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling for technology clients in EMEA, including DCF, LBO, and comparable company valuations
  • Assist in preparing pitch books, confidential information memorandums (CIMs), and client presentations
  • Support M&A transactions, IPOs, and capital raising deals within the technology sector
  • Perform due diligence and market research on EMEA tech companies, identifying trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior bankers to develop strategic advice for clients in software, fintech, and hardware industries
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across J.P. Morgan's global offices to execute deals
  • Monitor market developments and regulatory changes impacting technology investments in EMEA
  • Contribute to internal reports and contribute to business development initiatives
  • Manage data rooms and ensure compliance with J.P. Morgan's risk and confidentiality standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from a top-tier university
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, financial analysis, or consulting, preferably in the technology sector
  • Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.5 or equivalent
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Excel
  • Eligibility to work in the UK, with right to live and work without sponsorship
  • Demonstrated interest in the EMEA technology industry through internships or projects
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative field
