Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in structuring and executing equity-linked transactions, including convertible bonds and equity derivatives offerings
  • Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis for client pitches and deal execution
  • Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, and presentation decks for equity capital markets deals
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to support pricing and timing of issuances
  • Collaborate with senior bankers, traders, and legal teams to ensure seamless transaction execution
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes impacting equity-linked products
  • Support due diligence processes and coordinate with internal teams on deal documentation
  • Contribute to client relationship management by providing timely updates and insights
  • Analyze issuer financials and industry trends to identify opportunities in equity-linked capital markets

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, capital markets, or a related financial services role
  • Strong understanding of equity-linked financial instruments, including convertible bonds, equity derivatives, and structured products
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market analysis
  • Excellent academic record, with a minimum GPA of 3.5 preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
  • U.S. work authorization without sponsorship required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or full-time experience at a bulge-bracket investment bank or financial institution
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in equity capital markets, such as SEC filings and FINRA rules
  • Experience with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or similar financial data platforms
  • CFA Level 1 or higher certification, or pursuit of such
  • Advanced Excel skills with VBA programming
