Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with family offices and high-net-worth clients, serving as their primary point of contact for investment banking needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including advisory on M&A, capital raising, and strategic transactions tailored to family wealth dynamics
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including M&A, ECM, and DCM groups, to deliver comprehensive solutions for client mandates
  • Conduct market analysis and provide strategic advice on wealth preservation, succession planning, and portfolio diversification
  • Lead the preparation of pitch books, financial models, and presentations for client meetings and deal proposals
  • Manage deal execution processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and JP Morgan's risk standards
  • Mentor junior bankers and contribute to the growth of the Family Coverage Group within JP Morgan's Investment Banking division
  • Monitor industry trends affecting family wealth and proactively advise clients on emerging opportunities and risks
  • Coordinate cross-border advisory services for global family enterprises, leveraging JP Morgan's international network

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on coverage of family offices, high-net-worth individuals, or private wealth management
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and deal execution within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, M&A transactions, and advisory services for ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • Series 7 and Series 63 licenses or equivalent FINRA registrations required
  • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience in structuring complex deals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with family-owned businesses or multi-generational wealth preservation strategies
  • Prior role in a coverage group at a bulge-bracket investment bank
  • Fluency in additional languages to serve diverse international family clients
