Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling for infrastructure projects, including cash flow projections and sensitivity analyses
  • Assist in preparing pitch books, teasers, and marketing materials for infrastructure advisory mandates
  • Support the structuring and execution of financing transactions, such as project bonds, loans, and equity raises
  • Perform due diligence on infrastructure assets, including risk assessment and market research
  • Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to develop tailored advisory strategies for infrastructure investments
  • Monitor regulatory developments and market trends impacting infrastructure finance
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and risk management at JP Morgan Chase
  • Contribute to client presentations and negotiations for deal closings
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities within the infrastructure sector
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all advisory activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, infrastructure finance, or advisory roles within a financial services firm
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure sectors such as energy, transportation, and utilities
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and project finance structures
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to handle complex financial data and market trends
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience at a bulge-bracket investment bank like JP Morgan Chase
  • Knowledge of sustainable finance and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles in infrastructure projects
  • Fluency in additional languages relevant to international infrastructure deals
  • Experience with debt and equity financing in public-private partnerships (PPPs)
  • Advanced certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA
