Key Responsibilities

• Lead the origination and execution of minority equity and structured partnership transactions for corporate clients seeking private capital
• Advise clients on deal strategy, valuation, and negotiation with private investors, including private equity firms and family offices
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the UK and Europe to drive repeat business and new mandates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within J.P. Morgan's Investment Banking division to integrate private capital solutions into broader M&A strategies
• Develop pitch materials, financial models, and transaction documents to support deal processes
• Mentor and manage junior bankers, fostering a high-performance team environment
• Stay abreast of market trends in private M&A and regulatory changes to provide insightful client counsel
• Contribute to business development efforts, including participating in industry conferences and client events
• Ensure compliance with J.P. Morgan's risk management and ethical standards in all advisory activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or private equity, with a focus on minority equity and structured partnerships
• Proven track record of leading and closing complex private capital transactions in the M&A space
• Deep knowledge of private markets, including private equity, venture capital, and alternative investors
• Strong understanding of UK and European regulatory environments for financial services and cross-border deals
• Excellent command of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring
• Ability to travel internationally as needed for client engagements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a bulge-bracket investment bank or leading advisory firm
• Existing network of relationships with private capital investors and institutional clients
• Fluency in additional languages relevant to European markets, such as French or German
• CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification
• Prior leadership role in a private capital advisory or M&A team
