Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the origination and execution of minority equity and structured partnership transactions for corporate clients seeking private capital
  • Advise clients on deal strategy, valuation, and negotiation with private investors, including private equity firms and family offices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the UK and Europe to drive repeat business and new mandates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within J.P. Morgan's Investment Banking division to integrate private capital solutions into broader M&A strategies
  • Develop pitch materials, financial models, and transaction documents to support deal processes
  • Mentor and manage junior bankers, fostering a high-performance team environment

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record of leading and closing complex private capital transactions in the M&A space
