Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute M&A transactions in the Real Estate, Gaming, and Lodging sectors, from pitch to close
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite clients and industry stakeholders
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuation modeling, and due diligence for potential deals
  • Prepare pitch books, teasers, and marketing materials tailored to sector-specific opportunities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and product specialists at J.P. Morgan
  • Mentor and supervise Associates and Analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firm's sector coverage strategy
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes in assigned industries
  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and deal structuring to drive successful outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, with a focus on M&A transactions in Real Estate, Gaming, or Lodging sectors
  • Proven track record of executing complex M&A deals, including buy-side and sell-side advisory
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market dynamics in real estate, gaming, and lodging industries
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience managing client relationships at senior levels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail

  • Experience working at a bulge-bracket investment bank or leading advisory firm
