As a Vice President in our M&A team, you will play a pivotal role in driving deal execution and client advisory for clients in real estate development, gaming entertainment, and lodging hospitality. Responsibilities include leading the origination and execution of M&A deals, performing in-depth financial analysis and valuation, and collaborating with senior bankers to craft compelling pitches. You will manage junior team members, ensure seamless coordination across J.P. Morgan's product groups, and contribute to thought leadership on sector trends such as sustainable real estate financing, regulatory shifts in gaming, and post-pandemic recovery in lodging. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute M&A transactions in the Real Estate, Gaming, and Lodging sectors, from pitch to close
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite clients and industry stakeholders
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation modeling, and due diligence for potential deals
• Prepare pitch books, teasers, and marketing materials tailored to sector-specific opportunities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and product specialists at J.P. Morgan
• Mentor and supervise Associates and Analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firm's sector coverage strategy
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes in assigned industries
• Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and deal structuring to drive successful outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, with a focus on M&A transactions in Real Estate, Gaming, or Lodging sectors
• Proven track record of executing complex M&A deals, including buy-side and sell-side advisory
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market dynamics in real estate, gaming, and lodging industries
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience managing client relationships at senior levels
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a bulge-bracket investment bank or leading advisory firm
• Deep sector knowledge in real estate finance, hospitality, or gaming regulations
• CFA or equivalent certification
• Prior leadership experience in managing junior bankers and deal teams
• International deal experience, particularly in cross-border M&A
