Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis and build complex models for mid-cap healthcare clients, including DCF, LBO, and comparable company valuations
  • Assist in preparing pitch books, confidential information memorandums (CIMs), and presentation materials for M&A, capital raising, and advisory deals
  • Support senior bankers in managing client relationships and executing transactions in the healthcare sector
  • Perform due diligence, market research, and competitive analysis on healthcare companies and industry trends
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and industry specialists, to ensure seamless deal execution
  • Monitor market developments and regulatory changes impacting mid-cap healthcare firms
  • Contribute to business development efforts, such as identifying potential deal opportunities and pitching to clients
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in all advisory activities
  • Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on financial modeling and presentation best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, preferably in healthcare or mid-cap sectors
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and M&A transactions
  • Series 7 and Series 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them
  • Proven track record in deal execution within the financial services industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Prior experience at a bulge bracket or boutique investment bank in healthcare investment banking
