Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support investment banking transactions
  • Originate and develop new business opportunities with strategic clients and financial sponsors
  • Structure and execute mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing deals
  • Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and marketing materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, and risk management
  • Perform due diligence and market research on target companies and industries
  • Monitor market trends and provide advisory services to clients
  • Assist in managing transaction processes from inception to closing
  • Contribute to firm-wide initiatives in the Investment Banking Division
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, financial analysis, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and capital markets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • U.S. work authorization required

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
  • Prior experience at a bulge-bracket investment bank or boutique advisory firm
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them
  • Experience with M&A transactions or financial sponsor deals
  • Fluency in additional languages, particularly for cross-border transactions
