Based in our New York office, this position offers the opportunity to work on complex deals involving utilities, renewable energy developers, and infrastructure investors, leveraging JPMorgan's unparalleled resources and market expertise. In this client-facing role, you will lead end-to-end M&A processes, from identifying opportunities in solar, wind, and battery storage projects to executing closings valued in the billions. You will collaborate with senior bankers to pitch to C-suite executives, perform in-depth financial analyses, and navigate regulatory landscapes like FERC approvals and clean energy tax credits. Your contributions will directly impact clients' strategies amid the shift to sustainable power generation, while fostering long-term relationships that position JPMorgan as the go-to advisor in this dynamic sector.
