  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and corporate development, to ensure seamless transaction processes
  • Assist in the development of capital raising strategies, such as equity offerings and debt financings
  • Monitor regulatory developments and advise on shareholder engagement best practices
  • Contribute to internal reporting and performance tracking for M&A and capital markets activities
  • Participate in client interactions, including preparing responses to shareholder inquiries and activist campaigns

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, capital markets, or shareholder advisory roles
  • Strong understanding of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes, shareholder engagement strategies, and capital markets dynamics
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market analysis
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or full-time experience at a bulge-bracket investment bank
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SEC rules and corporate governance standards
