Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in financial modeling and valuation analyses for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions
  • Conduct market research and prepare pitch books and client presentations for investment banking deals
  • Support due diligence processes, including reviewing financial statements and industry reports
  • Collaborate with senior bankers on deal execution, from origination to closing
  • Analyze economic trends and sector-specific data to inform client advisory strategies
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to internal reports on market opportunities
  • Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction workflows
  • Gain hands-on experience in JPMorgan's investment banking divisions, such as M&A or ECM
  • Engage in professional development sessions focused on reentry skills and networking
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects that support the firm's global investment banking initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, business, economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior professional experience in finance, banking, or a related industry
  • At least a 2-year career break due to personal reasons, such as caregiving or other life events
  • Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
  • U.S. work authorization without need for sponsorship
  • Ability to work full-time in New York, NY for the program duration
  • Commitment to a 12-week seasonal program starting in 2026
