Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end test management for the IMOS Program, including test strategy development and execution
  • Collaborate with development, business, and operations teams to define testing requirements and scenarios
  • Execute functional, integration, and regression testing for investment middle office services applications
  • Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools, ensuring timely resolution
  • Facilitate release implementation by conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-go-live validation
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and JP Morgan Chase's quality standards throughout the testing lifecycle
  • Monitor and report on test progress, risks, and metrics to senior stakeholders
  • Contribute to process improvements in testing methodologies to enhance efficiency in the financial services domain
  • Support training and knowledge transfer for junior team members on testing best practices
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives, to align testing with development cycles

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test management within the financial services industry
  • Proven experience in end-to-end test management, including planning, execution, and defect tracking
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar for test lifecycle management
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, investment processes, and regulatory requirements in banking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team environment with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for cross-regional collaboration
