Key Responsibilities

  • Process and settle trades for various financial instruments including equities, bonds, and derivatives
  • Monitor and reconcile daily trade activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies
  • Collaborate with trading teams to resolve discrepancies and support seamless execution of client orders
  • Maintain accurate records of investment transactions and generate reports for regulatory submissions
  • Assist in the administration of investment portfolios, including cash management and position reconciliation
  • Identify operational risks and implement controls to mitigate potential issues
  • Support system enhancements and testing for new trading platforms within JPMorgan's ecosystem
  • Liaise with global teams to ensure alignment on cross-border operations and time zone coordination
  • Contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency in the Trading Services division

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment operations, trade processing, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of financial products including equities, fixed income, and derivatives
  • Proficiency in regulatory compliance standards such as MiFID II and EMIR
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French or German is advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment in Geneva, Switzerland

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance)
  • Experience with JPMorgan Chase systems or similar banking platforms
