Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Latin America and Global Families Group Investments Regional Head by managing daily operations, scheduling, and coordination of team activities
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the Investments team, including market analysis and performance reporting
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and materials for internal meetings, client interactions, and regulatory compliance
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on investment trends relevant to Latin America and global family clients
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with other JP Morgan Chase teams, such as Risk Management, Compliance, and Product Development
  • Manage stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment between regional investment strategies and firm-wide objectives
  • Conduct research on emerging market opportunities in Latin America and support portfolio advisory for high-net-worth families
  • Facilitate training and onboarding for new team members on JP Morgan's investment processes and tools
  • Track and report on budget allocations, resource needs, and operational efficiencies within the Investments team
  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's policies, including data privacy and anti-money laundering regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business management, investments, or financial services within a banking or wealth management environment
  • Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management, and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel for financial modeling and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with senior executives and clients
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with knowledge of Portuguese preferred for Latin America operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
