Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of strategic corporate access events, including non-deal roadshows, conferences, and investor meetings for JP Morgan Chase clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and corporate clients to enhance JP Morgan's market presence in Tokyo
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment banking, equity research, and sales, to develop tailored investor engagement strategies
• Analyze investor feedback and market trends to provide insights that drive corporate access initiatives and improve client outcomes
• Coordinate logistics for high-profile events, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on event outcomes, investor sentiment, and relationship metrics for senior leadership
• Support the development of marketing materials and digital content to promote corporate access opportunities
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to investor interactions and event success
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach to potential investors in the APAC region
• Ensure all activities align with JP Morgan Chase's risk management and ethical standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate access, or financial services sales/marketing
• Strong understanding of financial markets, equity research, and investment banking dynamics
• Fluency in English and Japanese (business level), with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record in event planning and stakeholder management within the financial sector
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
• Authorization to work in Japan without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related discipline
• Experience in the Asia-Pacific financial markets, particularly Japan
• Prior role at a bulge-bracket investment bank or asset management firm
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in Japanese capital markets (e.g., FSA guidelines)
