Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with financial advisors to provide in-depth investment analysis and portfolio insights
  • Collaborate with technology teams to develop and enhance tools for performance measurement and reporting
  • Conduct quantitative analysis on portfolio performance metrics, including risk-adjusted returns and benchmarking
  • Support product development initiatives by identifying market trends and investor needs
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior stakeholders on investment strategies
  • Assist in the integration of new investment products into client portfolios
  • Monitor and analyze market data to recommend adjustments for optimal portfolio allocation
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards in all analytical work
  • Facilitate training sessions for advisors on new analytical tools and methodologies
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving investor support services

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in investment analysis, portfolio management, or financial services support
  • Strong understanding of investment products, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • U.S. work authorization and willingness to relocate to Newark, DE

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications (CFA Level 1 or equivalent)
  • Experience in the wealth management or asset management divisions of a major financial institution
