Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or high-net-worth client advisory roles
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and retention within the financial services industry
  • Deep knowledge of Spanish financial markets, regulations, and investment products
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; additional European languages preferred
  • Series 7 or equivalent licensing, or willingness to obtain relevant certifications
  • Strong understanding of wealth planning, investment strategies, and risk management
