Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product management for re-imagining the digital experience of Alternative Investments within JP Morgan's International Private Bank (IPB)
• Collaborate with stakeholders including investment advisors, clients, and technology teams to define product roadmaps and user requirements
• Drive data transformation initiatives to enhance client insights, personalization, and reporting for alternative investment portfolios
• Oversee the design, development, and launch of digital platforms that improve accessibility and user experience for high-net-worth clients
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends in alternative investments and digital innovation
• Manage agile sprints, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with JP Morgan's risk and compliance standards
• Measure product success through KPIs such as client engagement, adoption rates, and satisfaction scores
• Foster partnerships with external vendors and internal teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies like AI-driven analytics
• Advise on strategic enhancements to client experience, focusing on seamless integration across IPB's digital ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or client-facing roles within financial services
• Proven track record in managing digital products for alternative investments, including private equity, hedge funds, or real assets
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements in the UK and EU financial markets, such as MiFID II and AIFMD
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments to deliver client-centric digital solutions
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making for product strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a top-tier investment bank like JP Morgan Chase or similar institution
• Knowledge of blockchain, AI, or machine learning applications in alternative investments
• Previous role in client experience enhancement within wealth management or private banking
• Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) or financial advisory (e.g., CFA Level II)
