Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and innovation in IPB solutions for JP Morgan Chase's private banking clients
• Lead a team of business managers and analysts to optimize operational efficiency and client service delivery in a dynamic environment
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across investment banking, asset management, and technology teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with JP Morgan's global standards and regulatory compliance
• Foster innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and solutions to enhance client offerings in wealth management and advisory services
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to support scalable business operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and external clients to drive revenue growth
• Oversee risk management processes specific to IPB solutions, ensuring adherence to UK FCA and EU regulations
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions in the financial services landscape

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business management, strategy, or operations within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Strong understanding of investment banking, private banking, or wealth management solutions
• Experience in developing and executing business growth strategies in a global financial institution
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements in the UK and EU financial markets
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, P&L, and operational metrics in a solutions-oriented role
