Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage ISA transfers efficiently, ensuring compliance with UK regulatory standards
• Liaise with clients, financial advisors, and internal teams to resolve transfer queries and issues
• Review and validate transfer documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Monitor transfer pipelines to drive ambitious growth targets in JP Morgan Personal Investing
• Collaborate with technology teams to streamline ISA transfer processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Conduct quality assurance checks on transfers to minimize errors and risks
• Generate reports on transfer volumes, timelines, and performance metrics for senior management
• Stay updated on changes in ISA regulations and implement necessary procedural updates
• Support client onboarding and offboarding related to ISA accounts
• Contribute to process improvements that shape the future of UK financial services at JP Morgan

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services operations, particularly in ISA or investment transfers
• Strong understanding of UK financial regulations, including ISA rules and HMRC guidelines
• Proficiency in financial systems and databases used for client account management
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive financial data
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Relevant certifications such as CISI Level 3 or equivalent in investment operations

• Experience with JP Morgan Chase systems or similar large-scale banking platforms
• Knowledge of cross-border ISA transfers and international financial compliance
