Key Responsibilities

  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Java code to build secure and scalable applications
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high standards of quality and performance

  • Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in real-time trading or risk management platforms

  • Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in software engineering

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Java
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams
  • Proficiency in building secure and scalable applications in the financial services domain
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL
