Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to structure financing solutions for institutional clients
  • Develop and implement hedging strategies to mitigate interest rate and credit risks
  • Contribute to desk profitability by managing inventory and balance sheet exposure
  • Liaise with global J.P. Morgan teams to ensure seamless cross-border financing operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fixed income markets, particularly in repo trading or financing desks
  • Strong understanding of JGB (Japanese Government Bond) markets and G10 financing instruments
  • Proven track record in trading fixed income products within a major financial institution
  • Fluency in English and Japanese, with proficiency in financial terminology
  • Relevant certifications such as Series 7 or equivalent in Japan (e.g., Type 1 Securities Representative)
