Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Financial Advisors to develop and implement client strategies tailored to their financial goals
  • Provide dedicated support to advisors by analyzing client portfolios and recommending investment solutions
  • Assist in client onboarding, account management, and ongoing relationship nurturing
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on economic trends to inform advisory recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA, and internal J.P. Morgan policies in all client interactions
  • Facilitate training and coaching for junior advisors on J.P. Morgan products and services
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for cross-selling J.P. Morgan Wealth Management offerings
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for client meetings and internal reviews
  • Monitor portfolio performance and coordinate with investment teams for adjustments
  • Support advisors in resolving complex client inquiries and escalations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client support roles
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or equivalent) required
  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

  • Advanced degree (MBA) or certifications such as CFP or CFA
