Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in wealth management or advisory leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a competitive market
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry, including SEC and FINRA compliance
  • Experience in recruiting, developing, and retaining financial advisors
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and operations within a high-stakes financial environment
  • Active Series 7, Series 66, and other relevant securities licenses
