Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Financial Advisors and their clients, managing day-to-day inquiries and service needs
  • Assist in developing and implementing personalized financial plans, including investment recommendations and portfolio reviews
  • Coordinate with internal J.P. Morgan teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions, such as account openings and fund transfers
  • Monitor client portfolios for performance and compliance, providing regular updates and proactive advice to advisors
  • Conduct client meetings, prepare reports, and facilitate educational sessions on J.P. Morgan's wealth management solutions
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by cross-selling J.P. Morgan products like banking, lending, and advisory services
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure adherence to FINRA, SEC, and internal compliance standards
  • Support business development efforts by prospecting new clients and collaborating on marketing initiatives in the Portland market

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses (or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire)
  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning, and regulatory compliance in the wealth management industry
  • Proven track record of supporting high-net-worth clients and financial advisors in a client-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
  • Proficiency in financial software and CRM systems used in banking and advisory services

  • Advanced degree or certification such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
