Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors, including scheduling client meetings and preparing agendas
  • Assist clients with account inquiries, transaction processing, and portfolio updates using J.P. Morgan's secure platforms
  • Coordinate the preparation of customized financial reports, investment proposals, and compliance documentation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and ensure adherence to J.P. Morgan's data privacy standards
  • Support business development efforts by organizing client events and following up on referrals
  • Monitor and resolve operational issues related to account openings, transfers, and wire instructions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless client experiences across J.P. Morgan's wealth management services
  • Ensure all activities comply with SEC, FINRA, and J.P. Morgan's internal policies and procedures
  • Contribute to team goals by mentoring junior associates and participating in process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client service roles within the financial services industry
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or equivalent (or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire)
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven track record of supporting high-net-worth clients in a wealth management environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a top-tier financial institution like J.P. Morgan Chase
  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA Level I
  • Background in client relationship management within private banking or advisory services
