Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors, including client onboarding, account maintenance, and transaction processing
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to investment portfolios, account access, and financial planning needs
  • Prepare and review client reports, statements, and performance analyses using J.P. Morgan's advanced tools
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests, such as fund transfers and asset allocations
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with J.P. Morgan's policies and regulatory standards
  • Support business development efforts by scheduling client meetings, preparing materials, and following up on opportunities
  • Monitor and resolve operational issues, escalating complex matters to senior advisors or compliance teams
  • Contribute to a positive client experience by delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services, client support, or wealth management roles
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clean background check and compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a high-net-worth client advisory environment at a major financial institution
  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA Level I
  • Familiarity with J.P. Morgan's proprietary wealth management platforms and tools
