Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors in managing client portfolios
  • Assist clients with account inquiries, transaction processing, and account maintenance
  • Prepare and review client reports, statements, and investment summaries using J.P. Morgan tools
  • Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling, preparation of agendas, and follow-up actions
  • Ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC, and internal J.P. Morgan policies in all client interactions
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, including documentation and KYC processes
  • Monitor and resolve operational issues related to client accounts and trades
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and support data integrity
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying client needs and opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, client support, or advisory roles
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or equivalent FINRA registrations)
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a wealth management or advisory firm
