Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors, including scheduling client meetings and managing calendars
  • Assist clients with account inquiries, transaction processing, and account maintenance to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Prepare client reports, financial summaries, and presentation materials using J.P. Morgan tools
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate account openings, transfers, and compliance documentation
  • Monitor client portfolios for updates and ensure timely communication of market insights from Advisors
  • Handle client onboarding processes, including KYC/AML verifications and paperwork
  • Support business development efforts by organizing events and managing CRM data
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and J.P. Morgan's risk management policies
  • Resolve client issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior Advisors as needed
  • Contribute to team efficiency by maintaining accurate records and optimizing workflows

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client service or financial services support roles
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or equivalent (or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire)
  • Strong understanding of financial products and investment principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clean background check and compliance with FINRA regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a wealth management or advisory firm
  • Familiarity with J.P. Morgan's proprietary systems and platforms
  • Advanced certifications such as CFP or CFA
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or another language spoken in New York
  • Prior experience supporting high-net-worth clients
