Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors in managing client portfolios
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Prepare and process new account paperwork, account maintenance, and transaction requests
  • Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling, preparation of agendas, and follow-up actions
  • Maintain accurate client records in J.P. Morgan's CRM systems and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, performance summaries, and investment proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and enhance client experience
  • Support business development efforts by managing advisor calendars and client communication strategies
  • Monitor and reconcile account activities to prevent discrepancies and ensure data integrity
  • Contribute to a high-performance team environment by sharing best practices and process improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client service or financial services support roles
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire
  • Strong understanding of financial products and investment principles
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a wealth management or advisory firm
  • Familiarity with J.P. Morgan's proprietary systems and platforms
  • Advanced certifications such as CFP or CFA
  • Bilingual skills, particularly in languages spoken in the Palo Alto community
