Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors, including client onboarding, account maintenance, and transaction processing
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely resolution of service issues
  • Prepare client reports, financial summaries, and investment performance analyses using J.P. Morgan's tools
  • Assist in compliance and regulatory tasks, such as documenting client interactions and maintaining accurate records in accordance with SEC and FINRA guidelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate seamless client experiences, including transfers, distributions, and portfolio reviews
  • Support business development efforts by organizing client events, preparing marketing materials, and tracking advisor pipelines
  • Monitor and update client relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
  • Contribute to team efficiency by training junior associates and implementing process improvements
  • Ensure adherence to J.P. Morgan's risk management protocols and ethical standards in all client interactions
  • Collaborate with advisors to deliver personalized financial planning support tailored to high-net-worth individuals

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services, client support, or wealth management roles
  • Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses (or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire)
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements in the wealth management industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clean background check and compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a high-net-worth client advisory environment at a major financial institution
  • Advanced certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
