Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors, including scheduling client meetings and preparing materials
  • Assist clients with account inquiries, transaction processing, and portfolio updates using J.P. Morgan's secure platforms
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Facilitate client onboarding processes, including documentation and KYC (Know Your Customer) verification
  • Monitor and respond to client communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions in the San Francisco office
  • Support business development efforts by preparing reports, analyzing client data, and identifying service opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or equivalent (or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire)
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven track record of supporting high-net-worth clients in a wealth management environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications
