Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, resolving issues promptly and escalating complex matters as needed
  • Prepare and process new account paperwork, account maintenance requests, and transaction approvals in compliance with J.P. Morgan standards
  • Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and handling follow-up actions
  • Maintain accurate client records in J.P. Morgan's proprietary systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Assist in the preparation of client reports, financial statements, and investment proposals using tools like Wealth Management platforms
  • Support compliance efforts by monitoring account activities and adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and compliance, to facilitate efficient service delivery
  • Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships and retention
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on J.P. Morgan products, services, and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client service within the financial services industry
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or equivalent (or willingness to obtain within 120 days of hire)
  • Strong understanding of financial products and investment advisory services
  • Proven track record in a high-volume client-facing role at a wealth management firm
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a major financial institution like J.P. Morgan Chase
  • Advanced certifications such as CFP or CFA
