  • Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business growth in the Private Client segment
  • Ensure compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies and industry regulations in all partnership activities
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence and client-centric innovation
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine program offerings and enhance client experiences
  • Coordinate cross-regional initiatives to align partnership efforts with broader firm objectives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or sales support roles

  • Experience in client relationship management and partnership development in the financial sector
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings and team collaborations
