Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on wealth management or advisory practices
  • Proven track record in consulting or coaching financial advisors to enhance business performance
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry, including SEC and FINRA guidelines
  • Experience in practice management within a large financial institution like J.P. Morgan Chase
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business metrics and client data
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or equivalent
